Our stay was excellent value for money, and having the Port Neptun Club right next to the hotel was a great added benefit.

There was good breakfast offered.

It was very loud at times in the hotel, specifically at night when we were trying to sleep. Also it was very far in walking distance to get to the city centre.

Hotel has good signing when you come into the town. Hotel has its own restaurant which is serving normal food.

Hotel is quite far from the city center, and has not a lake location (other side of the road).

This hotel in Gizycko offers great value for the price. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the nice view of the lake from my room on the third floor. The staff was friendly and provided basic amenities that met my needs. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and offered a variety of options to start the day off right.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

This is a beautiful hotel, in a very special location. It has it's own fishing lake which guests can use. Biker friendly, with secure parking, or at extra cost you can rent one of their garages.

As for me, staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. the hotel's location, on the outskirts of the town, provided a peaceful and calm atmosphere. Secondly, the hotel facilities were impressive, with a fantastic garden and a beautiful little lake where guests could relax and play sports. Furthermore, the staff was extraordinary friendly and helpful, and they even had bike rentals directly at reception. Lastly, the breakfast was quite basic, but all the food was fresh and tasty.

We had an enjoyable stay in this reasonably priced and spacious hotel during our city trip. the staff was helpful and welcoming, and the rooms were well cleaned. We particularly appreciated the quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, and the decent balcony view. Another great advantage was the easily booked and professionally done spa service.

We stayed at this hotel during Easter, and we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the beautiful lake view from our window. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was varied and plentiful. We also appreciate the hotel's effort to organize Easter activities for the kids, such as an Easter egg hunt and a painting workshop.

The room was outdated, and the furniture looked out of style. The bathroom was old-fashioned, and we noticed some leaks in the shower.

The hotel lacks agreements with local companies to offer some sports activities like kayaking or water moto bike.
